We charge delivery fees, based on the distance, weight, size and value of your package. For items sold using the Voocar Store Business platform, we also charge a 3% of the total value of every product sold on the platform. As a last mile delivery service company, we Pick,Pack, Label and Deliver products connecting retailers of products to consumers.

Our Packages

Our Package sizes are classified as Follows.

  • Small : These are items that can fit inside our Motorcycle delivery box.These items have to be of a dimension less than 50cm×50cm×50cm . These items include : Grocery shopping, Medical drugs, Documents, Takeouts like pizza, Drinks, Small electronics, Phones, clothes and any other thing that would fit inside our delivery box.Our delivery fees for these items are prized based on distance.
  • Medium : These are items that our bike box capacity can not accommodate. If it fits in one of our vehicles, we’ll deliver it door to door for the price of a cab fare. If it needs a van these items have to be of dimensions less than 200cm×150cm×150cm, with weights less than 500kg. These items include : Tv's ,Washing machines, fridges and any other thing with the same specifications. Our delivery fees of these items are not limited to distance but also based on Weight and size.
  • Large : Voocar has provided options for every delivery specifications.We have Trucks of a capacity of 3 to 5 Tons to enable our customers meet their delivery needs.This delivery service is for items that can not fit our utility vehicles and trucks. These items include household furniture such as :Tables, wardrobes and dressers Sofas and chairs,Gym equipment,Garden furniture,Pool, snooker and table tennis tables. Items, such as antique furniture and pianos, will need careful handling, but all can also be collected and transported efficiently and cheaply with Voocar. This service comes with an optional offering of “loaders” to take care of loading and offloading of your cargo. We have packages for cooperate clients who frequently need delivery services which we give upon request.
