Voocar uses the power of technology to solve logistics and transportation issues and to create economic opportunity for online markets.

How Does Voocar Works?

We focus on B2B customers, although anyone can create an account by logging in to our website through voocart.co.ke Once your account is created, you can now access our ecommerce platform, our partnership & business opportunities for riders, Merchants and cooperates. As a merchant, you can order for a delivery by specifying your pick-up and delivery addresses as well as various options such as the type of delivery and the system proposes you a delivery price. Once you have checked out your order, the price is fixed and one of our Riders will promptly come to pick it up at the specified location. We also list merchants’ products on our ecommerce platform where they have more chances of purchases from customers. If you have a rider’s company or you are a rider and you want to earn more money, you’ll need to fill up a form which will prompt one of our agents who’ll come and register you and take you through the process. For cooperate clients you’ll need to fill up a form where we’ll reach you and take you through the different packages for delivery services.

Kindly input the friend’s details in all necessary fields instead of your details N.B: To request orders for a friend, kindly notify them ahead of time to avoid getting them confused when a pilot calls them for delivery of such orders.

The assigned rider will come with a digital receipt similar to the receipt you received while requesting a delivery. Ensure by counterchecking to the receipt you have.

We commit to deliver within 1 hour from pick up in Nairobi and 2 hours around Nairobi.

Voocar currently operates in Nairobi & its environs.

Our Voocar boxes can hold any item or bundle of items with a maximum size of 36x36x42.

Voocar operates Monday from Saturday from 8am to 5pm.
